TVA is building a selective network of senior lawyers with backgrounds at leading City, international and elite US law firms and experienced in-house teams. Network lawyers work with TVA as independent consultants on embedded, retained and project-based client engagements.

Who the network is for
Experience, judgement and the ability to operate independently.
Substantial post-qualification experience, typically eight years or more
Experience at a leading City, international or elite US firm, or in a senior in-house role
Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work directly with clients
Availability for embedded, retained or defined project engagements
TVA considers each application individually. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee admission to the network or any offer of work.

Lawyers in the TVA Network are engaged by Target Venture Advisory Ltd as independent contractors under a written consultancy agreement. The scope, responsibilities, availability and fees for each client engagement are agreed separately.
